Think “MEETING”, not interview!
They have a role-you bring value-so you’re meeting to talk about the fit! The meeting IS a performance: “you’re on!” We’ll have intense rehearsals in preparation that will allow you to feel good, and engaged in the conversation, so you capture the interest of the people you’re with.
Follow up
We’ll review follow up letters/emails-they are not just a thank you. You may choose to take this moment to comment on something that came out of the conversation. Those thoughts are often appreciated and can leave a positive impression.
